Candidate process

What happens after you apply

Our candidate process is built to confirm role fit, logistics, communication, and readiness before any client-facing step. We do not use automatic decisions, and a completed application or prescreen does not guarantee an interview or offer.

01

Apply directly

Choose an open role and submit your application, resume, eligibility confirmations, availability, and desired hourly W2 rate.

02

Receipt and review

We send an application receipt email and review resume fit, role alignment, email delivery, phone quality, and application consistency.

03

Manual review

A BlueInGreen reviewer decides whether to hold, decline, or invite you to complete the private prescreen step.

04

Prescreen

Invited candidates confirm compensation, availability, work location, W2 readiness, background-check acknowledgment, and role-specific experience.

05

Conversation

If the prescreen looks aligned, we may schedule an introduction or subject-matter conversation with BlueInGreen.

06

Client readiness

Only qualified, aligned candidates move forward for any client-facing consideration.

Before you apply

  • Confirm you are applying directly on your own behalf.
  • Confirm you can work from within the United States.
  • Confirm you are willing to be employed directly by BlueInGreen as an hourly W2 employee.
  • Prepare a resume that clearly matches your name, email, phone, recent work, and role-relevant experience.

After you apply

  • You should receive an application receipt email.
  • We may verify application consistency, resume readability, email delivery, and phone quality.
  • If there appears to be a fit, we may send a private prescreen link.
  • If timing or fit is not aligned, we may not be able to move forward.
