Industry context

AI-powered workplace operations

A privacy-first personal assistant that turns meetings, timesheet status, and follow-up signals into a calm daily rhythm delivered through each user's private Slack conversation.

Challenge

The signals that shape a productive workday live across calendars, time systems, email, and Slack. Bringing them together risked creating another noisy dashboard—or, worse, a surveillance system. The product needed to be useful at an individual level while keeping identity, consent, communication content, and delivery boundaries explicit.

Modernization path

BlueInGreen shaped Cadence as a consent-led product and engineered its event-driven cloud foundation, per-user identity model, provider boundaries, private same-user delivery controls, rollout safeguards, and launch-ready onboarding experience.
